Watch batteries typically last between two to five years (depending on age and condition). All watches have gaskets/seals to prevent moisture and debris from entering the case and overtime, these deteriorate and need to be replaced. During our battery and reseal process, these gaskets/seals will be replaced in our manufacturer approved workshop.
Regular maintenance of your watch may prolong the condition and value of your watch. To submit your watch for a battery and reseal, simply drop it into any of our 3 stores – we aim to have your watch ready in 7 working days and will contact you when the watch is ready.
