As an Assistant Manager with Lunn’s the Jeweller, your role will support the Store Manager in developing and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the management team, you will drive a performance culture, implement performance management plans and ensure team members are supported to achieve their targets.
