We are able to provide a service to re-size most rings however in certain cases they may not be able to be altered.  Please contact Customer Service for further advice.

When sizing rings we use Master Goldsmiths both based in Belfast and Great Britain.

To Increase the size of a ring:

• The shank is opened.
• New metal is inserted to achieve the desired size.
• The new metal is laser welded into position. This guarantees the best bond and eliminates sizing joins.
• If the ring is gem set, the setting is carefully inspected and secured as necessary.
• The ring is assessed by our customer service team with a 10x magnification eyeglass to ensure your piece is finished to the highest standard.

To decrease the size of a ring:

• The shank is opened.
• A small section of metal is removed to achieve the desired size.
• The new join is laser welded, guaranteeing the best bond and seamless joins.
• If the ring is gem set, the setting is carefully inspected and secured as necessary.
• The ring is assessed by our customer service team with a 10x magnification eyeglass to ensure your piece is finished to the highest standard.
