FREE DELIVERY

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery to the UK and Ireland on all items - regardless of how much you spend.

Your order will be dispatched via Special delivery, at no extra charge. Once your order has been sent, we will then provide you with a tracking reference.

Please note, if you have chosen to pay by V12 Finance then your order must be delivered to the billing address used on the application.


CLICK & COLLECT 

If you would prefer to avail of our click and collect service, this is available across 3 locations: Queen’s Arcade, Victoria Square and Shipquay.

Simply specify which location you would like to collect your item from, and we will arrange this upon processing your order.   

You will be notified whenever your item is available for collection. Please bring some identification with you when collecting your order.


OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure that any goods returned for exchange or refund are in the same condition in which they were received by you (unworn and unmarked). Items should be returned along with all the original packaging and paperwork that was provided with the goods.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, please contact us on 028 9032 9799 or e-mail us at concierge@lunns.com and inform us that you are intending to return an item.

We ask that you do this for added security. It also ensures that we can process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.


RETURNING GOODS BY POST

All goods returned for exchange or refund must be fully insured by you, at your own expense.

All goods sent for refund or exchange should be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Registered Post if posted from the Republic of Ireland.

When packing your return, please include a covering letter with your details and instructions on how you would like us to proceed. 


PROCESSING EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We aim to process your refund or exchange within seven working days of receipt of the returned goods.

Our registered gemmologists test all diamonds and gemstones that are returned to us to ensure their authenticity and check the diamond characteristics against the diamond certificates we hold for each diamond.

Refunds will be issued once this process has been completed.
