Here at Lunn's the Jewellers, we believe that good things can last forever. That's why we offer a lifetime clean and polish service for all rings purchased with us. We offer this service as a complimentary gesture - another small way to say 'Thank You' from us to you.
When we receive rings for cleaning in our Queens Arcade showroom before 12:30pm, this service can generally be completed by the end of the day.
Rings received after this time are ready for collection from midday the following afternoon. Timeframes for other showrooms are subject to change.
Steam cleaning is a gentle yet effective method to clean intricate details and hard to reach areas.
Steam cleans can habitually be carried out in just a few hours. However, to ensure thorough treatment and according to demand, our aftercare team will advise on the timeframe when you leave your jewellery with them.
If your jewellery is showing signs of wear or has some small scratches, in most cases, we can polish these small flaws out in-house.
To keep your favourite pieces in optimum condition, we recommend that you have your jewellery cleaned, checked and polished once a year.
