We are delighted that all our stores will re-open from Friday 12 June 2020.
The last few months have brought great change and Lunn's have adapted alongside this. Our priorities though have remained the same; the safety of our clients and our colleagues.
It is also of great importance to us that Lunn's should continue to be a happy place to visit. At the moment, we believe that happiness comes from an organised and safe environment. As a consequence we will be limiting the number of people in each store at all times. We will only admit parties of a maximum of two people. This will ensure that there will always be enough space between people.
Alongside social distancing, we have introduced further measures. There will be hand sanitisers available for use on entering our stores. Our colleagues will wear masks. Perspex screens have been installed at all serving desks. All touch points will be cleaned thoroughly before and after use, as will any products shown. In addition, our colleagues will have their temperatures checked each morning. We truly hope this means Lunn's will be comfortable and happy place for our clients and our colleagues.
Within the next few days, we will be introducing a facility on our website to allow you to make an appointment in store.
We look forward to welcoming our clients and colleagues through our doors once again.

We are offering appointments in all of our stores. In addition, for clients that prefer not to travel, we also offer an online appointment which can be booked below and takes place via Zoom.

Don't worry, it is still possible to visit us without an appointment. You may have to wait if there is a queue when you arrive.
You don't need an appointment for a visit to our Service Department. We are operating a queuing system in store.
